Beginning this month, watch our main page for information about special buys. This is how it works:
The House of Tropical Fish will approach our livestock collectors for special pricing on box quantities of livestock.
Our negotiators will make deals on quantity orders and place those items on our website with the price and expected date of delivery.
Just buy the item online, wait for your email confirming the delivery date and pick your item up in the store. The item will arrive at the store no more than 10 days AFTER THE SALE CLOSES.
Refunds will ONLY be given if insufficient items are delivered to the store, in which case they will be distributed to customers in the order in which the order was received. Refunds are made via PayPal back to your credit card or PayPal account.
Special Buy items are available for purchase ONLINE only. No Discounts for similar items will be offered in store under any circumstances.
If you check the special buy item and the "BUY NOW" is no longer showing, that means you have missed a great deal. But be sure to look for the next special buy item and buy it quickly.
Note: Once you have purchased your special buy item, you may not cancel your order as there are always a limited number of these special buy items available. So be sure you want the item, and remember that it will take some time to arrive as we have to meet our minimum order requirements with our vendors. All livestock sales are final. Unless otherwise stated, the posted Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policies are applicable.
